What is Residential Care?

A Residential Care residence is a special combination of housing and personalized care designed to permit elderly individuals requiring help with activities of daily living (ADL's) to "age in place" in a home-like setting. Care is provided 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week, in a way that promotes maximum independence and dignity for each resident and often involves the resident's family, neighbors, and friends.
